my good, talented friend Pattie has a new blog called "the buck starts here"..she has been shopping at the dollar store and found some cool items to art up! she made an awesome work of art out of a dollar note book--and challenged her readers to do the same--so here is my dollar notebook--i got mine at michaels-they have a great dollar section too. thanks Pattie-what's next?

Very nice! I was just at the dollar store today and picked up some terrific reading glasses. I had just run into my Foster Grant friend at a local drug store. As he was stocking the displays, he told me to go across the street: that they were exactly the same!
I also picked up some "groovy" craft items for Valentines.
